ABOUT ROSS

Ross is a trained coach who creates meaningful relationships based on values; he invests time and effort into supporting, assisting and coaching people to their career and life goals.  Ross brings all his knowledge, experience, training and skills to the relationship to assist people in making those tough decisions in our journey that is life.

Ross managed large culturally diverse teams in Asia, the Pacific and Europe; in addition to having a reputation for achieving organisational outcomes, he is respected for building highly effective workplace teams by utilising his empathetic approach with people. 

​

As a senior manager with Immigration New Zealand his work and life experiences have given him unique insight into people; the challenges they face both personally and professionally and how effective coaching can assist them with the decisions they must make to be successful in life.

​

Currently Ross is working in partnership with EAP Services as a careers coach and has a role training election day staff with the Electorate Commission.  He is an accredited coach with the New Zealand Regional Business Partners Programme and is a mentor with Business Mentors New Zealand.

​

Ross has full accreditation to the International Coaching Community and is a graduate of Massey University.  Ross likes to challenge himself physically and completes three half marathons each year, is a social golfer and an avid sports fan.  Ross lives in Christchurch, is husband to Anne-Marie, a father of three and a grandfather of five.

Ross seeks to understand his client's goals and applies the training, knowledge, skills and experience he has gained to assist his clients in the journey to their goals.
